Sonoff TRVZB issues

Hi community. I am new to Home Assistant and trying to use BT to improve how my Sonoff TRVZBs work.
I have a set of TRVZBs, external temperature sensors for better temperature accuracy. When I created a 'virtual' TRV using BT I observed a strange behavior and couldn't understand how it's supposed to work. Questions I have:

1. Once virtual TRVs have been created, am I supposed to set the temperature and overall control using only those new virtual TRVs and not the actual physical ones, correct?
2. Am I supposed to set the Temperature sensor to 'External' for my physical TRVs? If I don't set it as external, I believe they show temperature from their internal sensor, not from the new 'virtual' ones, or at least the temp is inconsistent with my virtual TRV. Is this correct?
3. The 'virtual' TRV syncs the settings to the physical one, correct?
4. Sometimes I observe a weird behavior where I see that my BT TRV has a set temperature of 22.5, the sensor shows a current temp of 23.1, yet the TRV goes into the Heating mode for a short while, which is not logical. At the same time, this setting is not transferred over to the physical TRV since it shows the same 22.5 set temperature, 23.1 current temp, but it doesn't show it's in Heating mode. I am using the latest beta\prerelease version available for BT I installed today.
For one of the TRVZBs I am using Firmware: 1.4.1, for another one in the test I am using Firmware: 1.4.4

Attached are the screenshots of the settings of both the physical and virtual TRVs.

Would appreciate if anyone could clarify these questions for me.

Use direct valve control. Not offset calibration.
