Example configuration for Estonia (energy, transfer prices, taxes)

I want to share my configuration for Estonia.

• Takes into account public holidays.
• I use "Võrk 5" in Elektrilevi which has additional different transfer price at peak and off peak hours. These peak hour higher prices are only active from 1st of November to 1st of March.
• Tax is applied in the template.
• Renewal energy fee and excise are also included

Note: You might want to add margin price to the final equation.

Very similar logic of pricing I have in Lithuania.
