Replace the tsconfig `paths` mapping for `_indigo-worker-import-alias_` with
an ambient module declaration. rollup-plugin-typescript2 applied the `paths`
mapping before @rollup/plugin-alias, so the binaryWasm builds got the
web-worker-loader import without the plugin that processes it.
