Update Edge data for exceptionsFinal WebAssembly feature

This PR updates and corrects version values for Microsoft Edge for the `exceptionsFinal` WebAssembly feature. The data comes from the [mdn-bcd-collector](https://mdn-bcd-collector.gooborg.com) project (v10.12.11).

Firefox 3.5 only supported `transform-origin` as `-moz-transform-origin`, but
all the classic values (bottom, center, left, right, top) were already supported.

Update Firefox data for transform-origin CSS property

This PR updates and corrects version values for Firefox and Firefox Android for the `transform-origin` CSS property. The data comes from the [mdn-bcd-collector](https://mdn-bcd-collector.gooborg.com) project (v10.12.11).

This PR updates all statements containing ranges for WebView with mirroring statements. The only difference between mirroring and non-mirorring would be the use of the range denominators now.

Add Firefox bug URL for keyframe_animatable in display.json.

* Make Edge partial info match Firefox in Origin.json

Firefox considers the implementation without POST
partial, while Edge didn't.

It's a little better to do it like the Firefox one because this
way the web UI will annotate the Edge version with the
release date.
