My Organisation Account got Suspended Accidentally

Hi my organisation account got suspended by mistake as there was a temporary internet glitch or browser issue and while updating a discussion forum with a comment not posting triggered the ban .. can anything be done ? I have multiple api access through this account and everything is now broken..

account is tied to studiouih@uwc.ac.za .. that glitch is also breaking the login to the account so very stuck.

Can you please help .
