We’re so glad you’re here! Twice a year, we check in to see how we can make this community even better for you. Our last survey was in March, and the upcoming one will launch next week!

Here are a few ways your voice has already shaped the GitHub Community:

✨ “More tutorials and more outreach to new members”

• We’ve launched interactive engagement campaigns, like the GitHub Foundations Certification Prep Course, to help you learn and build new skills.

✨ “Make the Community more accessible”

• The GitHub Community is now included in the footer of GitHub.com — not the final step, but progress toward greater visibility.

✨ “It’s difficult to choose the right category”

• We created a posting guide and a new rubric for Copilot (our biggest category) to help improve clarity.

✨ “Clearer follow-ups on unresolved issues”

• We resolved 70% of unresolved issues, using traffic and engagement data to help us prioritize the discussions with the most interest.
