I have been using self-hosted GH Actions for a few years now without much trouble but a few months back, the runners failed and would not start up again. I tried reinstalling them but get stuck before the config can be set. This is most likely because of an update or something that I did.

Details:

• OS: Debian 13
• Architecture: aarch64
• System: Raspi4 4GB

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select ARM64 in the actions setup on GitHub actions.
2. Follow the instructions to download and unzip the runner.
3. Run the ./config.sh

Output:
