And now it's happening sporadically, I was viewing a PR, it was working correctly, and then it started working as described in this issue, with no refresh. |

When viewing a PR, I frequently will expand all resolved comments, and then collapse them individually when I am done reading them. It appears that a recent change has removed the ability to show or hide them individually. Now, showing or hiding a resolved comment automatically triggers all the other resolved comments to show or hide as well. I appreciate that there is now a function to show or hide all of them, but I still want the ability to do so individually.
