Add GraphQL API mutation to manage profile pinned repositories

Feature Request

Currently, there's no GraphQL API mutation to programmatically update pinned repositories on a user profile. The API provides:

• pinnedItems - query current pins
• pinnableItems - list items that can be pinned
• viewerCanChangePinnedItems - check permissions
• pinnedItemsRemaining - check available slots

But there's no updatePinnedItems or similar mutation to actually modify the pins.

Use case

I'd like to pin the original repositories I contribute to rather than my forks. Currently, this requires manual UI interaction through "Customize your pins."

This would also enable:

• Automation of profile customization
• Syncing pins across accounts or with external portfolio sites
• CI/CD workflows that update profile based on contribution activity

Proposed solution

Add a mutation like:

This would complement the existing read-only queries and make the profile pinning feature fully accessible via the API.
