Hi,
We had a Team plan and enabled an Enterprise trial to test a few features, with the expectation that it would revert back to Team after the trial period.
Our account was recently transitioned into a paid Enterprise subscription without our authorization. We were advised to downgrade to Free and then upgrade again, which raises serious security and continuity concerns for our organization.
We’ve requested a short call with support but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can help escalate this internally?
