Add numbered list button

Let's say we're editing an issue. We look down and we find the bullet list button, but there is no numbered list button.

We are forced to make the number list by hand. Yes adding 1. 1. 1... In the left column.

That's because even though there's plenty of things in that row of shortcuts at the bottom of the text area here on mobile, but somebody just forgot to put in the numbered list button!
