I often find it difficult to review a PR when I'm not familiar with the file structure. When I begin a review on a PR with 20+ files changed, I will likely need to scan most of them before finding the core addition of the PR, only after which can I properly understand the files I've already spent time staring at.
What if the PR author could order the files in the diff I see? They could essentially walk me through the code change as if we were in a call together. If they added a function call in file1, defined it in file2, and tested it in file3, they might order as such: file1, file2, file3.
