No puedo acceder al plan educativo.. mi universidad de Formación Profesional es modalidad Online y adjunte todos los documentos correspondientes pero .e sigue rechazado por qué dice que el documento no especifica que es online

Alguna forma de acceder al plan educativo sin la burocracia que esto amerita? Tengo todos los documentos de mi universidad pero aún así me niegan ? Están la univerfad en el listado y teniendo ID de estudiante ?
