My Student Developer Pack application was rejected multiple times due to issues with name ordering and date parsing

I am a student from India. My official academic documents list my name in Indian format:
Dharsandiya Prit Dilipbhai

I have updated my GitHub profile and billing information to match my academic document exactly.

I am attaching my Bonafide Certificate (dated 31-Jan-2026) which clearly confirms my enrollment for Academic Year 2025–26.

I kindly request a manual review of my application.

✅ How to Fix It

Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check Your Official Documents

Make sure the name on:

College ID

Bonafide certificate

Admission letter
matches exactly.

2️⃣ Update Your GitHub Name

Go to:

👉 GitHub → Settings → Profile → Name

Change your name to match your college document format.

Example:
If your ID says: Syed Abdul Aman
Then set GitHub name as: Syed Abdul Aman

Save it.

3️⃣ Reapply for Student Pack

After updating your name:

Log out and log in again

Go to: https://education.github.com/pack

Apply again

Upload clear photos/scans of your documents.

4️⃣ If Still Rejected

Contact GitHub Education Support and explain:

“My verification failed due to name order mismatch. My documents are valid, but my name format is different.”

Attach your ID proof.
