Unfortunately, when this happens, you cannot reverify on your own through the UI. The only way to resolve it is for GitHub Education Support to manually review and reset your application. That’s why the links keep looping you to pricing. Since you already received an email asking you to reverify, the best next step is to reply directly to that email (if you haven’t already) and explain: Your application was approved, then revoked You are being redirected to the pricing page when trying to reapply You are unable to complete reverification because of this If you didn’t get a reply yet, also submit a ticket here: Describe the problem: Mention the redirect issue , that prevents you from re-submitting Attach any supporting proof (student email, verification docs, screenshot of the redirect) |

Hi everyone,
I am a student and I applied for the GitHub Student Benifits 5 days ago. My application was approved and verified successfully, but today ,when i want to use my student benefits, my GitHub Education status was suddenly revoked, and I received an email from GitHub Education asking me to reverify my academic application.

However, when I try to resubmit my application using either of the links below:
https://education.github.com/discount_requests/student_application
https://github.com/settings/education/benefits
…it automatically redirects me to the GitHub Pricing page:
https://github.com/pricing
Because of this redirection, I am not able to complete the reverification process, and my student benefits have stopped working.
I firstly try the action like delete cookies and relog in my account and sned email to github education , but they are all useless.Besides, i am new to the environment, which makes it difficult to connect with github customer service。
I kindly request you to please review my GitHub Education status and help resolve this issue as soon as possible, since these benefits are very important for my learning and academic work.
Thank you for your time and support.
Sincerely,
Haoyu Zhang
