Here a user has replied by email,
openstreetmap/iD#11668 (comment) (then click the three dots.)
Alas, the raw unsubscribe link is revealed by the system at the bottom.
Bad actors might click that link to cut the user out of the conversation.
Anyway, GitHub clips the top of the message. It also needs to clip the bottom.
