I updated the GitHub Copilot plugin in PHPStorm today (March 27, 2026), and since the update, the Agent Mode has become completely unusable.

The Issue:
When I assign a task to the Agent in a complex project, it gets stuck in a "Thinking" state for over 25 minutes. It shows that it's reading files, but it never actually suggests or applies any code edits.

Something really wrong, I also asked for green color he did red color for something that i asked from him, it never happened to me
just after i updated the plugin today, its happened Immediately

It eventually succeeded in editing the files I requested, but only after 25 minutes. This has never happened before; it usually takes 1 minute, 2 to 3 minutes max. Everything started happening right after I updated the plugin today in PHPStorm.
