14 days is definitely longer than the usual processing time. Here’s what you can do:

Check Status: Go to the GitHub Education benefits page. It will show if your application is still "Pending" or if it was "Rejected" with a specific reason that you might have missed in your email.

Spam Folder: Sometimes GitHub's emails end up in the Spam or Promotions folder, so do check those.

Contact Support: Since it's been 2 full weeks, I recommend reaching out to the Education Support team at https://support.github.com/contact/education. They can manually check why your application is taking so long.
