Problem
When reviewing pull requests with many files, marking each file as “Viewed” requires tabbing through multiple elements or using the mouse.
This slows down the review process and interrupts the flow, especially for large pull requests.
Proposed solution
Add a keyboard shortcut (for example,
v) to toggle the “Viewed” checkbox for the file currently in view in the “Files changed” tab.Expected behavior
vtoggles the “Viewed” state for the file currently visible in the viewportWhy this matters
Additional context
While it is possible to reach the “Viewed” checkbox via keyboard navigation, it requires multiple tab steps per file. A dedicated shortcut would make the workflow much faster and smoother.
