Summary
Enhance the Pull Request list view to clearly differentiate between outstanding review comments (requiring action) and resolved comments, rather than displaying a single aggregated comment count.
Problem
Currently, the Pull Request list displays a single speech bubble icon with a total count of comments and review threads. This includes both:
Open/unresolved review comments (i.e., changes still required)
Resolved comments
As a result, contributors must open each Pull Request individually to determine:
Whether there are still outstanding changes required
How many review items are left to address
This becomes inefficient when managing multiple active PRs.
Proposed Enhancement
Update the Pull Request list view to surface review status at a glance by showing separate counts:
Instead of:
💬 6
Display something like:
💬 6 (2 unresolved)
OR alternatively, visually prioritizing unresolved items (e.g., badge, color, or split indicator such as 2 unresolved / 6 total)
💬 6 🔴 2 🟢 4
