Got billed for Github Team even though I have Github Education

Hi everyone,

Hello,

I have github education since I am a professor.
My organization was at the Team tier until a few days ago and then it went back to Basic.
I upgraded it again, but for some reason I was billed for this upgrade.
Per the benefits of Github Education, this should be a no-cost upgrade.
Anyone knows how this can be fixed?
