If your application keeps getting rejected even though you meet the requirements, it may help to:

Double-check that your student ID and enrollment document clearly show your full name, institution name, and a current enrollment date.
Make sure the information on your GitHub account matches your submitted documents.
If your school isn't being verified automatically, contact GitHub Education Support through the Education support page and explain your situation. Include your application ID and the documents you submitted so they can review them.

If possible, could you also share:
Which country you're applying from?
What type of document you uploaded (student ID, enrollment certificate, transcript)?
What rejection reason GitHub showed?

That will make it easier to suggest the next step.
