Inability to Upload .mov Files into GitHub PR Descriptions

As of a few months ago, I suddenly experienced the inability to upload any files with the format .mov even though it is a supported file type as per the below image. It just gives me this error over and over no matter the size of the file:

Note this would fail even on a 1.2MB upload. Instead of being able to upload the default format, now we as users have to convert everything before giving nice little video clips of problems being solved and it is confusing for reviewers when there is a lack of visuals as to what PRs are solving.
