Observed Problem
I am cleaning up issues and making sure my draft PR isn't missing any issues and in my custom project table that is grouped by Milestone and sorted by priority and "linked pull requests". I'd like to quickly link a few issues to a draft PR, but I need to open each issue individually to edit the issue development metadata.
