A world that endures
The map never resets. States rise, fall, and respawn — but the shared world keeps turning, season after season.
Hex Fortress is a slow-tempo strategy MMO. Tend a cozy medieval economy through the changing seasons — then shape borders, alliances and the rise and fall of nations on one endless, shared map.
No pay-to-win. Defender-friendly. One account, every device.
Persistent, fair, and built to respect your time and your sleep.

Premium currency only compresses time and convenience. It can never buy units, walls, territory, or a power ceiling.
War is opt-in and mutual-consent. Go offline and you're immune — your towers hold the line while you sleep.
One account across mobile and, soon, PC. Your kingdom travels with you, wherever you play.
Send citizens to the lumbermill, the mine and the windmill. Grain grows on its own beside the mill; warehouses fill; houses raise your population cap. It's a calm, tactile economy you can tend in a few minutes a day.
A real-world month is a full in-game year. Plan around the seasons — because when winter arrives, the fields stop growing.
Found your first city as a Settler and claim your ring of hexes. The procedural world grows outward as scouts lift the fog and new players settle the frontier.
Snow-capped peaks, golden plains, river deltas and open sea — all on one continuous, living hex map.
When armies close in, the world shifts into deliberate, turn-by-turn combat. One unit per hex, zones of control, ranged siege, and walls with their own health. Capture enemy land one hex at a time — hold it, and the border flips to your colour.
No one can raid you while you sleep. Wars are declared, then must be accepted — and the defender chooses the battle window. Offline for a day? Your garrison and towers defend automatically, and your borders stay safe.
