Have you ever needed to talk to or buy something from an NPC, but getting to them would take a long time even if you had a Travel Scroll? Everyone knows Abiphones as the handy devices that allow you to call any NPC from anywhere. Just click them, meet the requirements, and you have their contact forever - or at least, until you remove it.

For the longest time, Udel oversaw the manufacturing, production, and distribution of Abiphones. He sold high-quality models that had many features, including Ringtones, Speed Dial, and a number of games. However, in recent times, a legally questionable operation has put up shop in the Hub: they call themselves ⏣ Abiphones & Co., and are selling  Abiphone Basics to new players at cheap prices.

Udel has declared a lawsuit against Abiphones & Co, which he claims to be counterfeits. Since the 2025 Abiphone Keynote, however, no news has surfaced of this. Perhaps Udel's lawyers are forbidding him to share information on the lawsuit, or perhaps it is going nowhere. Only time will tell which side will come out on top.
