The PF wage limit is now ₹25,000 (was ₹15,000), effective 17 September 2026. Short term: employees between ₹15K and ₹25K PF Wages (or capped at this) will see a smaller take-home. Long term: bigger retirement savings, higher pension, more insurance cover.
