The #RETAIL #NARRATIVES course, led by LASHUP at Istituto Marangoni Firenze within the Fashion Management and Business program (Environment Design), explored contemporary retail as an experiential and narrative space. The final assessment focused on the design and development of a multi-brand retail environment, conceived as a small-scale #sensory #machine. Students were invited to translate the values and language of selected brands into spatial and experiential concepts, shaping atmospheres, pathways, and interactive devices. The outcome is a series of narrative retail spaces where display becomes a tool for storytelling—transforming brand identity into immersive, engaging visitor #experiences. A sincere thank you to all the students for their creativity, commitment, and vision. #RetailDesign #RetailExperience #ConceptStore #SpatialDesign #InteriorDesign #ExhibitionDesign #BrandExperience #ExperienceDesign #FashionBusiness #FashionManagement #IstitutoMarangoni #Florence #DesignEducation #LASHUP

These images belong to LASHUP’s ongoing inquiry into #AI as a design tool—natural vistas rendered with deliberate #gaps and #glitches, where the “perfect” digital illusion fractures and the seams show through. The simulation splinters mid-render, revealing system faults and the seams beneath the surface. Before any final project, LASHUP works through extemporaneous research: fast studies, speculative frames, and AI-guided probes that test atmosphere as much as form—color, scale, and mood across vast terrains. EXTEMPORE.JPG is an open sketchbook: an archive of provisional visions used to explore briefs sideways, spark debate, and surface directions we might otherwise miss. Planning the celebrations is one of the most enjoyable moments to spend with the people we love. Choosing how to bring our evenings to life becomes an ephemeral, sparkling moment, the kind we carry with us and remember for years. The nights turn into a catalogue of fireworks illustrations, a reminder that even the most fleeting gesture can redraw a landscape. LASHUP WISHES YOU A SPARKLING NEW YEAR! 👉 Download the vintage piece here: https://lnkd.in/e7w9-9xU Every year, instead of Christmas gifts, LASHUP donates that budget to Fondazione Meyer to support the Meyer Children’s Hospital.

#Design LASHUP transformed a circular space at Rinascente Milano into an immersive stage for Marvis. A fully circular structure follows the perimeter, with an oversized platform wrapped in lilac and mint green grids, floating shelves, and enlarged brand icons that turn the area into a 360° graphic bathroom scene. The soft, bubbly shelves echo the playful Marvis personality — slightly oversized, as if toothpaste were escaping from the tube — making each product appear to hover like a small, colorful sculpture. Reflections and shifting viewpoints amplify colors and shapes, boosting visibility from every angle and inviting visitors to step in, explore, and discover the full Marvis universe. #LASHUP #Marvis #rinascente #RetailDesign #PopUp #BrandExperience #ExperientialDesign #VisualMerchandising #Milan Ph. #Design #DG LASH UP led concept, design, and delivery for the D&G Light Blue Summer Tour—a traveling pop-up staged across multiple European cities in Summer 2025. Part pavilion, part performance kit, the system fans out from a trailer into a modular micro-landscape of deck, seating, shade, and service. It’s architecture as stagecraft: quick to land, clear to read, effortless to dismantle—carrying the Light Blue mood from coastlines to city squares. From early research to design and production, LASHUP shaped a portable experience that pairs precision designs with beach-day architecture typologies. #LASHUP #DGLightBlue #PopUp #ExperienceDesign #PortableArchitecture #UrbanStage #BrandActivation #Summer2025

#Design #DG The trailer’s threshold becomes a micro-landscape as the kit unfolds: a modular deck attached to the chassis, folding seats, a rigged umbrella, a wheeled cart that opens into a bar/back-of-house; signage and shade complete the scene. This setup is LASHUP project for a D&G Beauty pop-up Light Blue Summer Tour: small, mobile architecture built to arrive, assemble, perform, and vanish. #DGBeauty #PopUp #Architecture #Design #UrbanStage #ExperienceDesign #ModularSystems

#Design #DG Drawing on the spirit of festivals and beach leisure, the D&G Light Blue Summer Tour pop-up designed by LASHUP turns a trailer threshold into a modular micro-landscape. These images are part of LASHUP’s ongoing inquiry into the use of #AI as a design tool: temporary architectures, informal assemblages, and moments of spectacle that appear, reshape a place, and lift off again. Before the design, in this case a work for D&G Beauty, comes the extemporaneous research—quick studies, speculative frames, and AI-guided probes that let LASHUP tests atmospheres as much as forms. EXTEMPORE.JPG is our open sketchbook: an archive of provisional visions that the studio uses to explore briefs sideways, spark debate, and surface directions we might otherwise miss. The finished project lands soon; for now, here’s the prelude. #ConceptDevelopment Together with the students of the Master in Olfactory Experience Management for the Luxury Industry at Istituto Marangoni Firenze, LASHUP has reimagined the window displays for Giardini di Toscana, unveiled on the occasion of #PittiFragranze. The name of the concept, The White Selva, is a juxtaposition: "white" symbolizes purity, elegance and timelessness; while "selva"evokes the wild, untamed essence of a forest, referring both to Dante's "Selva Oscura" and a connection to Tuscany's natural landscapes, steeped in cultural heritage. The wild character of nature is orchestrated, harmonized. #Concept by students of the Master in Olfactory Experience Management for the Luxury Industry at Istituto Marangoni Firenze. #Curated by #LASHUP Concept design studio.
