💫 About the Event
YOUR WOMB’S WISDOM A sound journey into remembership.
Beneath the noise, the roles, the expectations and all the versions of yourself you’ve had to become, there is a deeper knowing.
Your womb remembers.
Join me for an immersive sound journey into the wisdom held within the body. Through guided meditation and sound, we’ll descend into the womb space, introduce ourselves again, and listen for the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten along the way.
A journey of reconnection. Of remembering. Of coming home to yourself.
What would your womb have you remember?
Bring with you: yoga mat, sitting cushion, small blanket for comfort, journal & pen, water bottle, open heart
'The strength of the wolf is the pack, the strength of the pack is the wolf.' — Rudyard Kipling
