I earned a BS in physics and mathematics, and an MS and PhD in nuclear engineering. Currently retired, I worked 43 years at Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories, two engineering consulting forms, and a nuclear power plant. I also served as a senior technical advisor for nuclear explosives operations at the Pantex plant. I am a certified Java programmer and wrote numerous custom codes for safety and security applications. I am an expert in uncertainty analysis using the belief/plausibility measure of uncertainty.
