    $\begingroup$ @AsafKaragila I agree, the question as written now is rather misleading in its attributions. It would be more correct and appropriate to mention and emphasize Feferman's introduction of ZFC/S, which was a much more important contribution. ZMC/S is a very minor modification of ZFC/S and not, in my opinion, worthy of getting my name attached to the theory, even if I were the first one to propose it (which I'm not even sure of). $\endgroup$ Commented Oct 18, 2018 at 0:58
