I see no mention of Europe at all except GDPR. How will you deal with Europeans? The world doesn't stop at the US border.

And Germany is introducing sammelklagen, class action lawsuits. And with European guidelines, laws and precedents as they are you might want to make a different kind of wording for Europeans. A user only has to log in from Germany to be able to start a class action when the class actions are a thing here (you can thank volkswagensVolkswagen's dieselgate for that).
