I'll describe my personal experience from today. I've come up to this question and recalled that once I posed a question with a summary of some equivalent definitions of continuity that might be of interest to the OP. However, I couldn't find it in my history. I even started to doubt my memory. Later I went through two years of my paper notes to find approximately when I considered this matter – it was the end of August 2018. Then I looked to the history of my activity around that time and found only the Tumbleweed badge I received – I recalled that I received it for the question. Only in the badge award decription I could find a link to my question – only then I learnt that the question was automatically deleted after a year and that there even is such a thing as automatic deletion. I wonder, are there some more posts of mine that were deleted?
- It's nice that it is possible search for your deleted posts with ≥10k rep, but I have only 7k. I think the threshold should be lowered, idealyideally to something like 1k.
- It's very bad that I got no notification about the deletion. I've checked my inbox and nothing related to deletion is there.
- I would also like to thesee the full history of my activities unaltered by removal of events related to deleted posts.
