As it stands "opting out does have to be done separately for sites on other domains" seems to also imply that "opted in" is the default state, while the default is "opted-out" as one would obviously expect. It is important that you make clear that consent has to be given explicitly and is not "assumed because the user was lazy and didn't opt out" | |

However, a selection does have to be made separately for sites on other domains, such as stackoverflow.com, askubuntu.com, serverfault.com. | |
