You don’t need to capture entering the room in the database to determine whether to display the policy, you just need to check whether the policy has been accepted. And accepting the policy creates a database entry.

Nov 6 at 16:04 comment added Catija I don't understand why attempting to post would be the cause of the trigger. That makes no sense to me. It's valid to ask but I'm pretty sure that entering the room is all that's needed.
