Anyone can create whatever documentation they want (or whatever regulations/restrictions that SO puts on this). Then, you can create filters for the existing documentation. For example, I like long, descriptive variable names, and I abhor 2- and 3-character names. Some people are the opposite. I could create a different view of someone else's documentation just using my variable names. Or a less trivial mod would be modding something that worked in v1 that now uses v2 member names. | |
