Aug 1, 2017 at 11:38 comment added TripeHound Sometimes (but probably not for this specific question) the difference between being a duplicate and looking [a bit] like a duplicate does depend on subtleties that only come with deeper knowledge of the subject area. Without that domain knowledge -- as others have said -- it's probably best to skip.

Aug 1, 2017 at 6:52 comment added rene If you can't judge a review use skip, there is no shame in doing that. Also know that you can filter on tags in the close vote queue. I'm sure there are enough reviews in html/css/javascript to handle.
