I see this feature has been rolled out and I am included in it.

Is this an A/B test? Or is this feature affecting all users, regardless of their reputation here?

As you can see I have over 3K reputation here, and I have been using Stack Overflow for years, this means I perfectly understand how Stack Exchange works.

Every time I try to post a comment, that little box shows up, its target should be new users only and even then its effectiveness is debatable.

But showing that box to already established users? That serves no purpose and only adds annoyance. And this feels like a personal insult to me.

There should be a way to opt-out, and including every user in this experiment is dumb.
