The first answers review queue also shows discussions answers - I find this odd since most of the quality metrics for Q&A don't seem to apply, given replies "join the conversation" rather than answering the question. Also, since you can't downvote posts, the "thumbs down" button that doesn't actually do anything also doesn't count as "other action" for reviewing. Should they even be included in this queue at all?
