Duplicate of Can an Advice post be changed into a QA post (or vice versa)? | |
| Jan 5 at 22:54 | comment | added | John Montgomery | @AlexeiLevenkov I think it makes more sense to close as a dupe since this is very much a problem that can still be reproduced. | |

| Jan 5 at 18:09 | comment | added | Alexei Levenkov | Since it turned out "pilot error" (selected flow for a wrong question type) I'm voting to close as there is nothing new to be done/discussed... (and we already have enough of "new Q types are confusing" discussions... so we can close as duplicate instead) | |

| Jan 4 at 11:50 | comment | added | francescalus | 'For now, unfortunately, the "recommended" method is to suggest that they repost the question and delete the old one.' is the current state of play. | |
| Jan 4 at 11:03 | comment | added | O. R. Mapper | @francescalus: Oh. I didn't realize I picked a question type in the first place. That might explain why there is a "Best Practices" label on top of my question, another aspect I was wondering about, though. So, is there any way to fix the question, or do I have to post a new one with the Troubleshooting/Debugging type? | |
