It is Jody's poor judgement that led to the release of broken and hated new design. It doesn't come from personal incompetence but as you said from inadequate research and understanding of the platform. Perhaps they were pressured by someone higher up, but as a CPO they have considerable power to put their foot down and not let this happen. And yet they did. | |
