1@user253751: I came to the conclusion on studying the matter that the entire product class can't exist due to being a scam magnet. I had said to the banking industry long ago, fix it by producing your own implementation. Unfortunately that didn't work either; so it's really time to fall back to checks.Joshua– Joshua2023-01-16 19:28:00 +00:00Commented Jan 16, 2023 at 19:28

Zelle is subject to consumer banking laws just like everyone else, and they're subject to the CFPB. They absolutely do have to do the same kinds of fraud protection that everyone else does, including reversing charges. elliott.org/problem-solved/…James Moore– James Moore2023-01-17 00:27:45 +00:00Commented Jan 17, 2023 at 0:27

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. united-states), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
