Is the song David Carradine performs in Project Eliminator an original work?

In the film Project Eliminator (1991), David Carradine plays and sings a very short song on piano. This moment occurs about 26 minutes into the film. The lyrics are:

Troublemaker!
I've got my eyes on you
Don't be mistaken
I'm watching everything that you do
And I can't let you
Get through
To me
Troublemaker!

It appears Carradine is authentically playing the piano, and it seems like he is definitely singing.

The end credits have a section titled "Original Songs" that lists 6 songs, but none of them appears to be this song, and Carradine is not listed as the performer of any of them.

I searched the web for the lyrics and did not find it; it is definitely not the song by Olly Murs ft Flo Rida.

What is the origin of this song? Was it written for the film?
