Game Changers are a group of cards that Wizards of the Coast and the Commander Format Panel consider high-power for Commander deck construction.

Description

Including multiple game changers in a deck automatically moves the deck up one of several Commander Brackets.^[1] The Game Changers list was introduced on February 11, 2025.

Being on the list also indicates that Wizards of the Coast is currently observing a card more closely for a possible ban, if needed. Cards that are unbanned in Commander format are placed onto the Game Changer list to restrict them from lower Commander bracket games.^[1]
