Every year, we launch a new tee with a fresh theme and somehow the excitement keeps getting bigger. But it’s more than a shirt. It’s a new skin for a new chapter: a fresh look, renewed energy, and a leveled-up mindset for the challenges ahead. This year at Enroute, we kept doing what we do best: solving real problems—by showing up, taking ownership, and working through complexity as one team. And it shows. Since last year’s kickoff (EKO25), we’ve nearly doubled the number of Operations Leads across the organization. That growth happened because people stepped up—taking our customers’ challenges personally and seeing them through with care. We also made a more structured investment in AI enablement as a real capability, building state-of-the-art solutions that help solve real problems in thoughtful ways. Most importantly, more customers trusted us with their work. That trust is built by people on both sides—Enrouters who care deeply, and customers who collaborate openly with us. We’re proud of what we’ve built this year. Proud of how we built it: together. EKO26 is the next chapter—and we’re walking into it stronger, as one team. 🤝
