My article in the Enterprise Open Source Magazine (print version) talks about different approaches to virtualization, covering emulation, paravirtualization, and OS-level virtualization. Hopefully, it will give people a better understanding of the different types of Linux virtualization technology. The article describes OpenVZ specifically, and provides examples of usage scenarios.

Another nice article on the same topic has been recently published on the IBM developerWorks site.
