Description

Cloud-Services is the umbrella project for tasks related to Wikimedia Cloud Services infrastructure as well as the various projects hosted there. A general overview of services offered can be found at wikitech:Help:Cloud Services Introduction

Subprojects:

Cloud Services Proposals - Enhancement proposals
Cloud-VPS - OpenStack virtual machines
- Cloud-VPS (Project-requests) - Requests for creating or deleting Cloud-VPS projects
- Cloud-VPS (Quota-requests) - Request increased quota for existing Cloud-VPS projects
- Horizon - User interface for managing Cloud-VPS projects and their virtual machines
Data-Services - Wiki replicas, content dumps, and shared storage
Toolforge - Platform as a Service hosting for bots, webservices, and analytics research
- Striker - User interface for managing Toolforge accounts and projects
Toolhub - Comprehensive tool catalog project
Tools - Individual tools hosted on Toolforge
VPS-Projects - Individual projects hosted on Cloud-VPS
wikitech.wikimedia.org - Operational issues about the wiki at wikitech.wikimedia.org itself

The teams working on the infrastructure have separate projects at cloud-services-team, tools-infrastructure-team and tools-platform-team that are used to track the backlogs and current priorities of the teams.
