Crashes 100% of the time I try to open mobile tickets. Terrible app until this is fixed. Edit: almost a year later still not fixed, have crazy issues trying to even just transfer a ticket. Why not just make an app that works instead of forcing us to use one that doesn't? Edit 2: 2 years later, no issues resolved. This is the worst app I have ever used, and we are forced onto it for our tickets. Edit: 3 years later, still have issues with not loading tix. I hate this app.

Hi, Stephen. It looks like you are running very old version of the United app. Have you tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling the new version (or upgrading if it allows you to upgrade from that version to the newest one)? When you go to your "Manage Tickets" account, it gives an error message saying "Session Expired Please sign in Again" but there's no way to sign in, go back, or do anything. It completely locks up the app and have to swipe it closed. Same thing happens when you try to click on the "Log in to ticketmaster" link. Totally worthless.

Hi, Justin! Ticketmaster had a few issues that impacted the United app. They have finally provided an update to Atlanta United and we have pushed an updated app to resolve. Please give it a whirl and let us know if your experience has improved. Thank you!

Very unstable. Crashes often. Won't allow access to my tickets. Says "session has expired" and to login, but app crashes. When reloading the app, there is no place to login. Uninstalled the app. After reinstalling, I was able to login an access my season tickets. It is now the 22 of August, still no updates or fixes to the app. Continues to crash and not allow access to season tickets without reinstalling the app. I would expect a better app from ATLUTD and Ticketmaster.

Hi, Randy. Ticketmaster has resolved the issues plaguing the United app. It looks like you may not have had a chance to install it. Please do and let us know if this improves your experience.
