The Java House

Every time I use curbside pickup, something goes wrong. Some quick suggestions for the app: (0) PLEASE SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL W EACH ORDER (1) "I'm here" button disappears from home screen (2) no way to look at current order's status (3) no way for Java to contact customer through app if there's a problem. I'll come back to update my review if these get fixed along w more suggestions. 2 stars cuz I still end up getting my food n coffee after a LONG struggle almost each time

Tried many times to use app to order ahead and doesn't work properly. I select item, enter payment info and place order and it freezes so I quit using app.

For some reason I consistently get notifications about specials in the evenings when the store is already closed, or even days late. Otherwise the app seems good.
