Q.Sorbus Drooping
Planted late last year this Sorbus has drooping branches and leaves. It’s still getting new growth but then just looks like it’s wilting. Tried forming the ground and regularly watering but still happening. Can you recommend what to do?t

Those brown spots on leaves usually indicate inconsistent watering or a disease, hopefully not fireblight. I'm concerned about the white spots on the bark. It could be scale insects, unless those are the lenticels, but they are usually horizontal. Borers and cankers can be a problem with this type of tree, too. Here are some articles that should help:
